Garlic bread with parsley topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf, cut into slices, without cutting all the way to the bottom
- 4 tbsp (60 g) butter
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 2 - 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp. l. chopped parsley
Preparation:
- Melt the butter in the microwave, add the olive oil, garlic, salt, and parsley, and stir. Divide the garlic mixture between the bread slices. Wrap the loaf in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 15 minutes. Once done, unwrap and continue baking until crispy, another 5 minutes.
