Asian Beef Wraps topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 450 g of ground beef
- 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
- A 5 cm piece of ginger, peeled and finely grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed dried cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 head Boston lettuce, leaves separated, washed and patted dry
Preparation:
- Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan over medium-high heat and sauté the beef until browned.
- Stir in the ginger, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, crushed dried peppercorns, and hoisin powder and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in the peanuts. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm, wrapped in lettuce leaves.
