Ingredients:
- Ice
- 45 ml bourbon (recommended: Maker's Mark)
- 60 ml red grapefruit juice
- 20 ml pink grapefruit schnapps (recommended: Hiram Walker)
- 60 ml ginger beer
- A circle of red grapefruit for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour bourbon, grapefruit juice, and schnapps into a cocktail glass filled with ice, top with a shaker, and shake until lightly foamed. Strain into a whiskey glass, top with ginger beer, and garnish with a grapefruit wheel.
