Ingredients:
- 3 cups glutinous rice flour
- 4 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2.5 cups of water
- 1.5 cups brown sugar
- 1 packet of instant apple juice powder (per 1 liter)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup
Preparation:
- Heat a frying pan over low heat. Add the sesame seeds and toast, stirring, until light brown.
Fry the rice flour in the same way.
- Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add brown sugar and apple powder and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add vanilla and toasted rice flour and cook at a low simmer until the mixture is thick and simmers well when stirred.
Remove from heat and let cool.
- Cut the prepared mixture into pieces of any shape you like. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on a clean board and roll the beleka in them until the pieces are completely coated.
Serve immediately or wrap the beleka in portions in plastic wrap.
