Ingredients:
- 0.6 kg chopped champignons
- 1 tbsp (15 g) butter or 0.5 tbsp each of butter and olive oil
- 1 tbsp finely grated lemon zest
- 1.5 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Preparation:
- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms, spread them evenly, and sprinkle with lemon zest. Cook, undisturbed, until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt and 3/4 teaspoon black pepper and continue to cook until the mushrooms are tender but not mushy, 4 to 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with chives. Serve warm.
