Crispy Apple Stacks

Ingredients:

  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and sliced ​​crosswise
  • 1 red apple, peeled, cored and sliced ​​into crosswise slices
  • 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter with peanut pieces
  • 0.5 tbsp. granola
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon sugar, see recipe below
  • 0.5 cups of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Spread peanut butter on all apple slices (see note) except the top one. Sprinkle with granola and cinnamon sugar. Stack the apples, alternating red and green slices.

    Note

    The apples should be the same size.
  2. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.

    Sugar with cinnamon:

    Mix sugar and cinnamon until evenly distributed.
