Cocktail "Sarsaparilla"

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange
  • 50 gr. bourbon
  • 100 gr. orange balm
  • 3/4 cup sarsaparilla beer (root beer)
  • 30 g whipped cream

Preparation:

  1. Using a vegetable peeler, cut the orange peel in a long spiral.
  2. Combine bourbon and orange balm in a tall glass. Then, swirl the orange peel into the glass a few times and let it sit. Fill the glass halfway with ice and add sarsaparilla beer.
  3. Decorate the finished Sarsaparilla Cocktail with whipped cream on top.
