topcook.tomathouse.com

Ingredients:

    Ham

  • 2 ham steaks, 450g each, pat dry
  • 1/3 cup orange confiture
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary

    Green beans

  • 350 g green beans, ends removed
  • 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated

    Stuffed mushrooms

  • 1 package (400 g) of stuffed mushrooms (14-16 pcs.)
  • 0.5 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan (about 15g)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (60 g), room temperature
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil

    Buns

  • 4 frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Preparation:

  1. Place 2 oven racks in the oven and preheat the oven to 190°C.
  2. Green beans:

Combine green beans, olive oil, garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper on a baking sheet. Toss to coat and distribute evenly. Bake on the top rack until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Stuffed mushrooms:

Meanwhile, trim the stems from the mushrooms and scoop out the gills with a measuring spoon. Set the stems and trimmings aside for another use. In a medium bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, cream cheese, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the filling evenly among the mushroom caps.
  4. Line another baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  5. Microwave the jam in a bowl until melted, about 45 seconds. Add the orange juice, cornstarch, rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 2 tablespoons water and whisk.
  6. Ham:

Place the ham on the prepared baking sheet and brush both sides of each steak with the glaze.
  7. After the beans have baked for 15 minutes, remove them from the oven and pile them on the right side of the baking sheet. Add the mushrooms to the left side and drizzle the filling evenly with olive oil.

Place the ham on the top rack and the green beans and mushrooms on the bottom. Bake, basting the ham frequently with the glaze, until the glaze begins to thicken, about 25 minutes.
  8. Buns:

Remove the green beans and mushrooms from the oven. Move the beans to the center of the baking sheet and arrange them on the right side of the bun. Brush them with melted butter.

Bake until buns are tender, ham glaze is thick and glossy, green beans are tender, and mushroom filling is golden brown, 10 minutes more.
