Spicy sweet potato in the oven

Ingredients:

  • 900 g of sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp. l. rapeseed oil (canola)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp. chili seasoning low salt

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with foil; set aside.
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then slice into 1-cm-thick strips, like French fries. Place the sweet potatoes in a large bowl. Add the oil and spices. Stir until all the pieces are coated.
  3. Place the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Place in a preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring once. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
