Ingredients:
- 1 package (500 g) Betty Crocker brownie mix
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tbsp. Nestle chocolate milk
- 3 tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped pickled jalapeños
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch (22 x 32 cm) baking pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 24-26 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean. Let cool completely on a wire rack before slicing. Dust the brownies with powdered sugar before serving.
