Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup white miso paste
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp. l. rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp coarse salt
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation:
- In a small bowl, combine miso paste, water, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and salt. Whisking constantly, gradually add peanut butter and sesame oil until a creamy dressing forms. Use immediately with sushi, or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
