Ingredients:
For the cinnamon syrup:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 4 tubes cinnamon
For the drink:
- 2 cups freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 2 tbsp of water
- Fresh raspberries
Preparation:
- Pour 1 cup of water into a saucepan, add sugar and cinnamon sticks. Place the saucepan on the stove and heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Cool the syrup and pour into an ice-filled pitcher.
- Add grapefruit juice, cold water and some raspberries to a pitcher and stir.
