Alcoholic eggnog with white chocolate liqueur

Ingredients:

• 1 l. eggnog, see recipe Here
• 1/2 cup light rum
• 1/2 cup white chocolate liqueur
• 1 cup slightly softened ice cream
• Grated white chocolate, for decoration
• Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix, for decoration

Preparation:

1. In a punch bowl, combine chilled eggnog, rum, and white chocolate liqueur. Whisk until frothy before serving. Pour the mixture into glasses and top with 1 heaping tablespoon of ice cream. Garnish with grated white chocolate and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice mix.
