Peanut Butter Ice Cream Frosting

Ingredients:

• 0.5 cups of smooth peanut butter
• 1/4 cup coconut oil or vegetable shortening
• Chocolate, strawberry or Neapolitan ice cream

Preparation:

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and coconut oil. Microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until the mixture is smooth and runny. Cool at room temperature for a few minutes.
2. To serve, pour the glaze over the ice cream and let it set.
