Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus extra for the pan

  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 small red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 crispy buns, cut in half, toasted and buttered

Preparation:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour in the oil and add the ground beef, spreading it around the pan and lightly breaking it up with a spatula. Separately, combine the brown sugar and steak seasoningOnce the meat is browned, add the mixture, onion, and red pepper.
