Cabbage salad with mango and peanutstopcook.tomathouse.comPreparation:In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup hot mango chutney, juice of 3 limes, 1/2 tsp coarse salt and 1/2 - 1 finely chopped Thai chili.Add 8 cups chopped cabbage mixture (cabbage, carrot, onion), 1 julienned mango, 1 thinly sliced red pepper, and 4 green onions; toss. Chill the salad for 2 hours. Before serving, garnish with 1/2 cup fresh cilantro and 1/2 cup chopped peanuts. Ingredients: |
