Green Bloody Mary cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 450 g of physalis, peeled, rinsed under water, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 180 ml of vodka
  • 2 tbsp. l. grated horseradish
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Green hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • A pinch of coarse salt
  • Red celery, for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Mix in a blender the vegetable physalis, cucumber, vodka, horseradish, celery salt, a pinch of coarse salt, a few drops of Worcestershire and green hot sauce, and puree until smooth. Pour the cocktail into glasses filled with ice and garnish with red celery.
