Lobster-Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half lengthwise and remove the yolks
  • 120 g cooked lobster meat, cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. l. chopped shallots
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. capers
  • 1 tbsp. l. chopped chives, and more for sprinkling

Preparation:

  1. Mash the yolks into a paste, add the lobster meat, mustard, shallots, mayonnaise, capers, and chives, and stir. Fill the egg whites with the mixture and sprinkle with plenty of chives.

    Serve the dish as a snacks.
